LOWVILLE VILLAGE BAND PRESENTS "THE JOYS OF CHRISTMAS"

On Sunday, December 10 at 1:30 PM the historic Lowville Village Band will present a holiday concert filled with festive Christmas melodies in the Lowville Academy and Central School auditorium. The village band continues a long history of making music dating back to 1826.  The brass, winds, and percussion will perform such classics as "White Christmas", "I'll Be Home For Christmas" , and  "The First Noel".  They will also perform selections from the Nutcracker Suite and a Fantasy on "Hark! The Herald Angels Sing".  "Feliz Navidad" and "Carol of the Bells" will also be featured.  The concert is free and open to the public.  Please join us as we ring in the holiday season!

Trinity Episcopal Church in Lowville will be having a FREE Stone Soup dinner on Thursday December 14th. The menu will be chicken, biscuits and gravy, a vegetable, and a dessert. It will be curb-side pickup with take outs only. We will begin handing out dinners at 4:00pm, until they are gone!
