NOTICE OF HEARING
ON PROPOSED LOCAL LAW
PLEASE TAKE
NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town
Board of the Town of West Turin on December 11, 2023, at 7:00
p.m.
at the Municipal Building located at 5968 James St, Constableville,
NY
13325 to consider the adoption of proposed Local Law No. 2 of 2023
entitled “A Local Law to Adopt Amendments to §§ 140, 330, 335, and
410 Town of West Turin Zoning Law and to make pertinent corrections
for clarity and to numbering and references of sections throughout
the
text" and to hear comments for and against said proposed local
law.
The proposed changes cover the definition of campgrounds, limitations
on the use of recreational camping vehicles, and the siting of
mobile
homes.
Copies of said proposed Local Law are available for review at the Town
Clerk’s office located at 6805 McAlpine St, Suite 7, Lyons Falls, NY
13368.
