LEWIS COUNTY HUMANE SOCIETY PET OF THE WEEK

New pet featured each Wednesday!

AUGUST 07, 2024: MILO

A cat lying on a chair with stuffed animals

Description automatically generated"Hey Everyone, it's me-Milo! I am a handsome 2-year-old male gray tabby with some white markings. Six months ago I came into the shelter with a broken pelvis after being hit by a car. Well that healed and then I had another issue which is being treated with medication. I have been in foster at Sue's since February while I got all straightened out and I am doing great. I like people and other kitties but I haven't run into any dogs yet. Sue says it is time for me to find my forever family and she always knows when we are ready. Call the shelter to set up a time to meet me because I get to stay here until I go HOME. I might be a little spoiled.”

Check out pictures of all the cats, kittens, dogs and puppies at the shelter ready for adoption on our new Facebook page Lewis County Humane Society NY 501c3. Application forms and information can be found at lewiscountyhumanesociety.org/adopt

The Lewis County Humane Society,  6388 Pine Grove Road, Glenfield, is open 2-6 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and on Saturday from 11am to 4pm. Reach us by phone at 315-376-8349 or on our new Facebook page at Lewis County Humane Society NY 501c3. Donations can be mailed to: LCHS, PO Box 682, Lowville, NY 13367. Thank you for your kindness and support.
