Their mission is: “to provide low-cost quality items by turning the surplus of society into a source to support the needs of our community”. They have been open for 21 years. The entrance to their shop is on Gorham Street. The shop is presently managed by Kathy Huzzy with several faithful volunteers. The shopping hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays, 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturdays 9 a.m. to 12 noon. Items sold at the shop are clothing, books, toys, household items, and jewelry. Forest Finds donates multiple baskets to several local organizations for their events and benefits. The shop has made multiple donations to various groups like Church World Service for blankets, all the food pantries in Lewis County, Lyons Falls Fire Department to name a few.
