LEWIS COUNTY HUMANE SOCIETY PET OF THE WEEK

New pet featured each Wednesday!

APRIL 24, 2024: DASH

A dog sitting on a bench

Description automatically generatedHi Everyone, my name is Dash. You won't believe this! I have been here at the shelter for 177 days and not one person has looked at me. I can't imagine why. Barb says I am smart, attentive at training and know all the basic commands. Outside playtime and fetch are my favorites. I am a 3-year-old male pit mix and do need to be an only pet. Older children and an active family would be fine with me. I surely hope my forever family finds me soon. I have so much love to share.

The Lewis County Humane Society, 6388 Pine Grove Road in Glenfield, is open 2-6 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday and 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. Saturday.  Reach us by phone at 315-376-8349, by email at  LewisCountyHumaneSociety@gmail.com, visit our website at www.lewiscountyhumanesociety.org, or find us on Facebook at LewisCoHumaneSociety. Donations may be sent to Lewis County Humane Society, P.O. Box 682, Lowville, NY 13367. Many thanks for your kind and generous support of our animals.
