    Lowville- The Lowville Police Department arrested a village man today for
    allegedly violating a temporary Stay Away Order of Protection that was issued by
    Lewis County Family Court on August 31, 2015.

    Joshua M. Marolf, 26, was charged with second-degree Criminal Contempt after
    he was allegedly at a residence on Stowe Street in the village where he is not
    allowed to be around the occupants. Mr. Marolf was issued an appearance ticket
    for Village of Lowville court at a later date.

    The Lewis County Sheriff's Department assisted at the scene.
