Lowville- The Lowville Police Department arrested a village man today after he was allegedly involved in a physical domestic dispute with his girlfriend at their Stowe Street residence on August 31. Joshua M. Marolf, 26, was charged with second-degree Harassment and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The incident is alleged to have taken place in front of two young children. He was issued tickets too appear in Village of Lowville court. The Lowville Police Department was assisted by the Lewis County Sheriff's Department at the scene. |
