Town of Lewis- A West Leyden man, who is currently jailed on charges from the Lewis County Sheriff's Department and the New York State Police (previous story here), was cited with an additional charge Thursday morning by State Police. Michael P. Rauscher, 24, was charged with one count of Trespass, a violation under NYS PL section 140.05, in connection to an incident reported on December 4, 2015. The incident is still pending further investigation. No additional details were released at this time. |
