Lowville- Ronald Deem, 73, of Croghan, was acquitted on a charge of first-
    degree Course of Sexual Conduct Against a Child by a Lewis County jury today
    after a trial that has been ongoing since last Monday.

    Mr. Deem was arrested last March by State Police. He was represented in
    court by attorneys Gary Miles and Michael Young.
