State Police Charge Croghan Man With Felony
Course of Sexual Conduct Against a Child

NYS Police Press Release:

State Police in Lowville arrested Ronald H. Deem, age 72, from Soft Maple

Road, Croghan, NY for (1) count of Course of Sexual Conduct against a Child

in the first degree, a class “B” felony.

It is alleged that Ronald Deem sexually abused a juvenile female over a 2 1/2

year period starting when the child was about six years old and ending at or

around August, 2014. Ronald Deem was arraigned before Village of Lowville

Justice Patricia Yarina and released subsequent to posting $1000 bail.
