Watson-  The New York State Police have made an additional arrest in a
    harassment case from January 21st in the Town of Watson.

    Troopers had previously arrested Lucas J. Boliver, 28, of Turin, for one count of
    second-degree harassment on February 18th. He has been charged with an
    additional count of second-degree Harassment.

    State Police have now additionally charged Kendra J. Zehr, 19, of Turin, with one
    count of second-degree harassment, a violation under NYS PL 240.26-03. The
    charge stems from the same January 21st incident.

    Both will answer the charges in the Town of Watson court at a later date. No
    additional details were provided.
