Town of Watson- A Turin man was arrested by the New York State Police last
    evening stemming from an alleged incident that occurred on January 21, 2016 in
    the Town of Watson.

    Lucas J. Boliver, 28, was charged with one count of second-degree Harassment,
    a violation under NYS PL Section 240.26-03. He will answer the charge in the
    Town of Watson court.

    The investigation into the matter is still pending and no further details were
    available at this time.
