    Lowville, NY- The following plea activity took place in Lewis County Criminal
    Court on Friday, November 17, with the Honorable Daniel R. King presiding:

    Nicholas M. Delcampo, 29, Adams, entered a GUILTY plea to a charge of
    Sex offender Registry Violation, a class "E" felony. Sentencing was scheduled
    for January 26th. Mr. Delcampo was accused of failing to register a Facebook
    page on January 19, 2017 in the Town of Denmark, a requirement under his
    sex offender status.

    Shawn M. Desormeau, 37, pleaded GUILTY to a charge of third-degree
    Burglary, a class "D" felony. Sentencing in the case was adjourned until
    January 19th. Mr. Desormeau was accused of stealing property from the
    Walmart store in the Town of Lowville on September 4, 2017.

    Jennifer S. Loonan, 57, Castorland, entered a GUILTY plea to a charge of
    fourth-degree Criminal Mischief, a class "A" misdemeanor, with sentencing set
    for January 19th. She was accused of burning her husband's clothes at their
    Town of Denmark home on August 12, 2017.

    Mark D. Snyder, 59, Lowville, was arraigned and entered a NOT GUILTY plea
    to a felony DWI charge. The case was adjourned until December 22nd.
