The Lewis County Sheriff's Department arrested Adam

Rhodes, 19, of Turin,

Saturday

evening

after a traffic stop on the Number Four

Road

in the Town of Lowville. Mr. Rhodes was charged with Unlawful

Possession of

Marijuana after a search from K-9 units turned up a smoking

device and

marijuana inside his truck. He will answer the charges in Town of

Lowville court

at a later date.
