Port Leyden Man Accused of Harassment of Eleven Year-Old

    Lyons Falls-  The Lewis County Sheriff's Department arrested Bradley Q.
    Rogers. 21, of Port Leyden, on Monday. Mr. Rogers is accused of subjecting an
    eleven year-old to unwanted physical contact on Wednesday,June 24th,in the
    Village of Lyons Falls. He was charged with second degree Harassment and is to
    appear in Town of West Turin court at a later date to answer the charge.
