Town of Boonville- The New York State Police in Remsen arrested a Port
    Leyden man yesterday morning after investigation into an alleged burglary on
    August 20, 2015 in the Town of Boonville.

    Justin S. Moran, 20, was charged with third-degree Burglary, a class "D" felony,
    and was being held at the Oneida County Jail. No bail amount or other
    information was available. The investigation is still pending.

    Burglary in the third-degree is charged when the accused knowingly enters or
    remains unlawfully in a building with intent to commit a crime therein.
