    Town of Martinsburg- The New York State Police arrested a Martinsburg man
    Tuesday afternoon, in connection to a burglary reported on September 24thin the
    Town of Martinsburg.

    Jared M. Schantz, 24, was charged with second-degree Burglary, a class "C"
    felony. The incident is still pending investigation and police did not provide any
    further details.
