Town of Watson- The New York State Police arrested a Lowville woman late on Monday evening on the Pine Grove Road in the Town of Watson. Christine Z. Lally, 62, was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, a class "U" misdemeanor and was issued an appearance ticket for the Town of Watson Court for a later date. A blood alcohol content was not provided. |
