    Town of Lyonsdale- The New York State Police arrested a Lyons Falls man on
    Tuesday morning stemming from an incident reported on September 14, 2015.

    Shaun M. Liscum, 37, was charged with first-degree Sexual Abuse- Contact With
    an Individual Under Eleven, a class "D" felony. The investigation is ongoing and
    no further details were released at this time. Mr. Liscum was being held at the
    Lewis County Jail with no bail amount given.
