Carthage- The New York State Police in Carthage arrested a woman early Saturday morning on State Street in the Village of Carthage.
Misdemeanor, and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC of 0.08% or More, a class "U" misdemeanor. She was issued tickets to appear in Village of Carthage Court at a later date. A BAC level was not provided by State Police. |
