    Town of Louisville- A Lowville woman is facing a number of charges after a
    traffic stop by New York State Police on Saturday morning, on State Highway 37
    in the St. Lawrence county Town of Louisville.

    Tracy A. Feisthamel, 22, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, a
    violation; Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, a class "U"
    misdemeanor; and Speed Violation- Exceed 55 MPH, an infraction. She was
    issued tickets to appear in the Town of Louisville at a later date.
