    Town of Diana- The New York State Police arrested a Lowville man on
    Saturday morning after investigation into a harassment complaint in the Town of
    Diana on September 7th.

    Jaden M. Peebles. 30, was charged with second-degree Harassment- With
    Physical Contact, a violation. He was issued a ticket to appear in the Town of
    Diana Court at a later date.

    No further details were provided by State Police.
