    Town of Lee- A Lowville man was arrested by the New York State Police
    yesterday in connection to a shoplifting incident taking place in the Town of Lee
    on August 26, 2015.

    Jamie E. Miller, 39, was charged with sixth degree Conspiracy, a class "B"
    misdemeanor under New York State Penal Law section 105.00. He was issued a
    ticket to appear in the Town of Lee Court at a later date.

    Additionally charged in connection to the incident was Victoria L. Rigg, 30, of
    Cortland. Ms. Rigg was charged with Petit Larceny. No further details were
    provided.
