Watertown- The New York State Police in Carthage arrested a Lowville man after a traffic stop on Gotham Street Road in the Town of Watertown on Saturday night.
Offense, a class "U" misdemeanor, and Aggravated DWI- Per Se, No Prior. He was released to a third party and will face the charges in Town of Watertown Court at a later date. State Police did not provide a BAC or any other details.
Blood Alcohol Content of 0.18% or more,and carries harsher penalties upon conviction. |
