Town of Croghan- The New York State Police arrested a Croghan man on Friday morning at the State Police Barracks in Lowville, stemming from an incident reported on April 22, 2015.
"D" felony; first-degree Falsifying Business Records, a class "E" felony; first- degree Offer to File False Instrument, a class "E" felony, and third-degree Insurance Fraud- Greater Than $3,000, a class "D" felony. He was released on his own recognizance to face the charges at a later date.
