Town of Pinckney- The New York State Police in Lowville arrested a Croghan man, following a personal injury ATV accident on Route 177 in the Town of Pinckney on Saturday night.
Emergency Room and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, a class "U" misdemeanor, Unsafe Tire, an infraction, and an ATV Violation- Illegal Operation on a Highway. He was issued tickets to appear in Town of Pinckney court at a later date. No further details were provided. |
