    Town of Croghan- The New York State Police arrested a Croghan man
    yesterday morning after investigation into an alleged violation of an order of
    protection that occurred on Wednesday, September 2 at around 1:35 PM.

    Matthew L. Thomas, 40, was charged with one count of second-degree Criminal
    Contempt, a class "A" misdemeanor. He was issued a ticket to appear in Town of
    Croghan court at a later date.

    No additional details were provided by State Police.
