Town of Croghan- The New York State Police arrested a Castorland woman
    early this morning on Route 126 in the Town of Croghan.

    Tonia A Simmons, 37, was charged with Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign, an
    infraction and Driving While Intoxicated, a class "U" misdemeanor. She was
    released to a third party with appearance tickets to the Town of Croghan court at
    a later date.

    A blood alcohol content was not provided by State Police.
