Town of Croghan- A Harrisville man was arrested by New York State Police
    early Sunday morning after an accident on the Erie Canal Road in the Town of
    Croghan that injured three people.

    Ryan L. Bango was charged with DWI- 1st Offense, a class "U" misdemeanor
    and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, a violation. He was issued tickets to
    appear in the Town of Croghan Court at a later date.

    State Police did not provide a BAC level or any further details on the extent of the
    injuries.
