Lowville- The Lowville Village Police arrested a Natural Bridge man after he allegedly initiated a physical altercation on South State Street in the village last evening. Glen D. Caplicki, 30, was charged with Disorderly Conduct. He was remanded to the Lewis County Jail on $150 cash bail/$300 bond after being arraigned in Village of Lowville Court. |
