Lowville- The Lowville Village Police arrested Kyle Goldie, 22, of Lowville, last evening, charging him with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree, Possession of a Controlled Substance in a Non Original Container, Appearance in Public Under the Influence of Narcotics or a Drug Other Than Alcohol, and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
officers responded to a complaint of an alleged intoxicated subject who was involved in a bicycle accident on the grounds of the Lowville Academy and Central School. Investigation into the complaint revealed that Mr. Goldie was in possession of 12 Klonopin tablets, which is a controlled substance, and a small amount of marijuana. Mr. Goldie was issued appearance tickets returnable to Lowville Village Court at a later date.
