    Lowville- The Lowville Village Police arrested a village man around 7:20 this
    evening, after responding to a report of a fight in progress at the A-Plus store on
    South State Street.

    Upon arrival at the scene police report that Dakota J. Tuttle, 18, was witnessed
    yelling in the parking lot and causing a disturbance to customers and pedestrians
    in the area. He was charged with Disorderly Conduct and issued a ticket to
    appear in Lowville Village Court at a later date.

    The Lewis County Sheriff's Department assisted at the scene.
