    Lowville- The Lowville Village Police arrested a village man on Wednesday,
    September 16, after investigation into a September 5 domestic dispute on Rural
    Avenue, police reported this morning.

    Michael S. Ielfield, 31, was charged with Disorderly Conduct and second-degree
    Menacing, after he allegedly stood outside and aimed a long gun in the direction
    of his neighbors. Mr. Ielfield was issued tickets to appear in the Lowville Village
    Court at a later date.
