Lowville- The Lowville Village Police Department arrested a Beaver Falls man
    on Sunday evening after a resident on Jefferson Street in the village reported
    seeing an individual sitting inside the residents vehicle, located in their driveway,
    with the interior light on. Police say the individual fled across the back yard and
    was located on Cascade Avenue by patrols.

    Joshua D. Ortlieb, 21, was charged with Trespass and Unlawful Possession of
    Marijuana after allegedly being in possession of a metal smoking device
    containing marijuana residue. He was issued tickets to appear in Lowville Village
    Court at a later date.
    Lowville Village Police were assisted at the scene by Lewis County Sheriff's
    Department and the New York State Police.
