Lowville Woman Accused of Harassment of Neighbor

    Lowville - The Lowville Village Police Department released the arrest of a
    Lowville woman that took place on June 17th. Kaitlin N. Potter, 24, was
    charged with second degree Harassment. Ms. Potter is accused of
    repeatedly yelling and screaming at a neighbor in a threatening manner.
    She was issued a summons to appear in Lowville Village Court at a later
    date.
