Lewis County- If you are looking for something to do this Fathers Day weekend, there are plenty of events going on throughout the county. The weather is looking great for Friday afternoon and Saturday, while there is a good chance for showers and thunderstorms on Sunday. We've compiled a list below of just some of the many things to do this weekend. Enchanted Forest Water Safari is now open for the season in Old Forge as well, if you don't see something that interests you below. The park is having "Town Appreciation / Locals Day" on Sunday, and people who reside in Boonville, Port Leyden, Lyons Falls, Turin, Greig, Constableville, Glenfield or Brantingham Lake can receive enterance to the park for $10. You just need to show you drivers license or utility bill and live in one of the specified towns. Saturday, June 20- Starting at 11 A.M. at the Railway Historical Society of NNY Museum located at 9754 State Route 812 in Croghan. Dinners and Halves will be available. You can order in advance by calling (315)346-6848
Saturday, June 20- 5 P.M.at the St. Martins Catholic Church in Port Leyden Music by the Adirondack Community Chorus. Strawberry shortcakes, sundaes, hot sausages, hamburgers, hot dogs and beverages available. There will be a Chinese Auction, 50/50 Raffle and Cake Walk
Sunday, June 21- 9:30 A.M. - 4 P.M. at Constableville Hall located at 5909 John Street in Constableville. Admission is $4. Self tours of the hall and gardens. 40 crafters and approximately 200 antique cars. Baked Goods and other food available. There will be a Silent Auction and Quilt Raffle. The Lowville Village Band will perform at 2 P.M.
Sunday, June 21 starting at 12 P.M. at the Copenhagen Fire Hall. Benefits the Copenhagen Fire Department Auxiliary. Meals for Adults- $15, Children 10 and under- $10. Advance sale tickets available by calling (315)486-9966
