Lowville- The Lewis County Sheriff's Department arrested two people after
    investigation into a vehicle break-in that occurred on August 4th.

    Kyle W. Smith, 20, of Lowville, and Bram L. Widrick, 17, of Watertown,
    are both accused of stealing $130 from an unlocked vehicle during the
    early morning hours of August 4th. There was no damage to the vehicle
    and the money has been returned to the owner.

    Mr. Smith and Mr. Widrick were each charged with one count of Petit Larceny, a
    class "A" Misdemeanor, and were processed at the Lewis County Sheriff's Office,
    where they were issued tickets to appear in Town of Lowville Court at a later
    date.
