07/02/15 10:35am

Lewis County-  As we turn the calender to July, summer is in full swing in Lewis
County! This weekend marks one of the biggest celebrations of the summer with
Independence Day on July 4th. The holiday happens to fall on a Saturday this
year, offering more people the ability to go out and make a weekend of it. We
have put together a list of just some of the things available to do this weekend.
Although there are no fireworks displays in any of the Lewis County communities
this weekend, that we have heard of, we are leading off the list of where you can
find a show around the area, without having to travel too far. Whatever you
decide to do this weekend, stay safe and Happy 4th of July!
