Glenfield Man, Woman Charged With Welfare Fraud by State Police

The New York State Police in Lowville ar

rested a Glenfield man and

woman on Wednesday afternoon, after a pending investigation from February

of this year in the Town of Watson

Maureen L. Duncan, 52, and David B.

Duncan, 53, were both charged with Welfare Fraud in the third degree, Grand

Larceny in the third degree and Offering a False Instrument for Filing in the first

degree. Both were released on their own recognizance and will appear in the

Town of Watson Court at a later date, No further details were provided.
