| Constableville Man Accused of Tattooing 16 Year-Old 07/01/15 11:30am |
Town of West Turin- The Lewis County Sheriff's Department arrested Chandler P. Aldrich, 19, of Constableville, on Sunday,charging him with second degree Unlawfully Dealing With a Child, a class "B" misdemeanor. The arrest stems from a complaint that Mr. Aldrich put a tattoo on a 16 year-old on June 28th, 2015. He was issued a ticket to appear in Town of West Turin Court to answer the charge at a later date. No further details were provided. |
