| After Pulling Into Wrong Driveway, Pair Facing Charges 07/02/15 08:30am |
Town of Lyonsdale- The Lewis County Sheriff’s office arrested Gina Krambhul, 30, no address given, and Brian Nagy, 25, no address given, just after midnight today. After receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle that pulled into a driveway and turned off its lights while just sitting there, deputies responded to a residence on the Moose River Road in the Town of Lyonsdale. Upon arrival, deputies found both Ms. Krambhul and Mr. Nagy sleeping in the vehicle. Upon further investigation it was revealed that Ms. Krambhul had driven to the location while intoxicated. She failed sobriety tests on the scene and was transported to the Lewis County public safety building where she registered a .14% BAC. Ms. Krambhul was charged with Driving While Intoxivated, and issued tickets to return to the town of Lyonsdale Court at a later date. Mr. Nagy was also arrested at the scene and charge with Disorderly Conduct. He is accused of being highly intoxicated and approaching the deputies in a threatening manner with a closed fist, while yelling at deputies to get off his parents property. Both Ms. Krambhul and Mr, Nagy failed to understand they pulled into the wrong residence, and were not at his parents. Nagy was issued an appearance ticket for the town of Lyonsdale Court for a later date. Lewis County Sheriff's Department was assisted at the scene by the New York State Police. |
