NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING UPON PRELIMINARY
BUDGET AND SPECIAL MEETING
Pursuant to
Section 113 of Town Law, notice is hereby given that the Town Board, Town
of Martinsburg will hold a public hearing on the proposed budget for 2027
on November 4, 2026, at 5:30 PM. At the Town Offices, 5405 Cemetery Road, Martinsburg,
NY 13404. Salaries of elected officials are as follows:
Supervisor: $ 12,000.00
Councilmen (4): $ 18,800.00
Town Justice: $14,000.00
Town Clerk/Tax Collector: $22,500.00
Highway Superintendent: 57,000.00
At such hearing,
any person can be heard for or against this Matter. A Special Meeting will
follow the Public Hearing to conduct any other business that may come
before the board.
