Lowville, NY- Overall, Lowville saw an above average mean temperature during September, with below normal precipitation levels, according to weather data compiled from the Northeast Regional Climate Center (dating back to 1893).

 

September finished with a mean average temperature (cumulative highs and lows) of 59.6 degrees in Lowville, a full degree above the normal mean average temperature for September in Lowville of 58.6 degrees.
