NOTICE:
TOWN OF
MARTINSBURG, LEWIS COUNTY, NEW YORK
Take notice that
a public hearing will be held by the Martinsburg Planning Board at 7:00 PM
on October 7, 2026 at the Martinsburg Town Offices
located at 5405 Cemetery Road for the purpose of receiving public comment
on the Application for a Special Use Permit Review on Tax Parcel Number
228.00-01-15.110 – Singh’s Convenience Palace, located at 7049 State Rt. 12.
The application is for a change of use from office building to convenience
store selling snacks, beer, wine and tobacco.
Review of this
application will be in accordance with the Town of Martinsburg Rural
Development Code. Information on this action may
