UPDATE:
Please be advised that the Lewis County Planning
Board meeting scheduled for Thursday, September 17, 2026 at 2:30 p.m. has
been CANCELED due to lack of quorum.
For project referrals subject to General Municipal
Law § 239-m, the applicable statutory review period remains in
effect. If the County Planning Board does not act on a referral
within 30 days of the County’s receipt of a complete referral, the referring
municipal board may proceed with final action in accordance with GML §
239-m. Alternatively, the municipality may opt to allow the referral
to remain pending for consideration at our next County Planning Board
meeting, scheduled for Thursday, October 15, 2026.
