On August 26, 2026, at approximately 3:50 p.m., SP Lowville conducted a
traffic stop on State Route 26 in the town of West Turin.
The vehicle, a

discovery of a plastic baggie containing crystal methamphetamine.
Xavier T. Polk was charged
with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree
(Class A misdemeanor).
Polk was
processed and issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of West
Turin Court on October 7, 2026, at 2:30 p.m.
