Lowville, NY- Overall, Lowville saw a mean overall temperature well above normal during July, with below normal precipitation levels, according to weather data compiled from the Northeast Regional Climate Center (dating back to 1893).

 

July finished with a mean average temperature (cumulative highs and lows) of 69.8 degrees in Lowville, a full 2 degrees above the normal mean average temperature for July in Lowville of 67.8 degrees. In terms of ranking, it was tied with  as the 28th warmest July on record.
