Cheese Auction
The 32nd
Annual Lewis County Dairy Industry Building Cheese Auction will be
held on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at approximately 10:30 a.m. in
the Dairy Industry Building Cattle Show Ring at the Lewis County
Fairgrounds on Bostwick Street in Lowville.
The event
features a variety of locally produced cheeses, with all proceeds
benefiting youth agricultural programs throughout Lewis County, including
local FFA chapters, 4-H clubs, Dairy Princess scholarships, college
agricultural scholarships, milk machines in schools, and improvements to
the Dairy Industry Building at the fairgrounds.
