NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING AND SPECIAL MEETING
Take notice that
a public hearing will be held by the Martinsburg Planning Board at 7:00 pm
on June 24, 2026 at the town offices located at 5405 Cemetery
Road, Martinsburg for the purpose of receiving public comment on the
application for special use permit on tax parcels #255.00-02-08.111 – 3989
Roaring Brook Drive and 255.00-02-08.113 – Carey Road for a major
subdivision.
Review of this
application will be in accordance with the Town of Martinsburg Development
Code. Information on this action may be obtained from Michael Colwell,
Martinsburg Planning Board Chair by calling 315-376-7402 or emailing planning@martinsburgny.gov.
A Special Meeting will be held immediately following the Public Hearing.
