Lowville, NY- Overall, Lowville saw a below normal mean average temperature for May with slightly above average precipitation, according to weather data compiled from the Northeast Regional Climate Center (dating back to 1893).

 

May finished with a mean average temperature (cumulative highs and lows) of 53.0 degrees in Lowville, 1.50 degrees below the normal mean average temperature for May in Lowville of 54.5 degrees. In terms of ranking, it was the 37th coldest May on record.
